Cadillac Repair: Engine codes, fuel level sensor, fuel tank

1998 Concours 4.6 Northstar
Every so often, when I start the car the message center say service stabilty control. I check for codes and found P0463,C1243. Can you tell me what these codes mean and how to fix the problem.

The P0463 means that your fuel level sensor in the fuel tank is faulty.

C1243 Fault in the pump motor for the anti lock brakes. For this condition you will need to:
