Cadillac Repair: Blowing fuses, fuse block, auto parts store

Question
Working on a 94 Eldorado. Blowing "body 2" fuse in trunk panel when you drive a block. I am a technician, and have looked at the wiring diagram. It appears that this fuse powers up the keyless entry, RAPS system, among other things. I disconnected the keyless entry module and it didn't change. Thinking it was the door locks actuating when you put the car in drive. Have you ever seen anything like this? If we put an auto resetting circut breaker in the fuse spot it gets real hot fast. What can blow the fuse when it goes into drive?
Thanks,
Travis

Answer
Go into any auto parts store and buy yourself a SHORT DETECTOR and just keep unplugging things on the circuit until it stops.

I have an expensive short detector that you attach to the fuse block and it cycles on and off and has a small hand held electro-magnetic meter that you just rest it up against the wires or devices and the needle on the meter will swing in the direction of the short until you find the short and the meter will peg itself right on the end of the meter.
