Cadillac Repair: Cadillac ECM and BCM, cadillac deville, body control module

Question
I have a 1991 Cadillac Deville Touring Sedan 4.9 Liter. I did the diagnostic on it and it comes up F31 & F32. What I want to know would this be the reason when I start the car up(sometimes) the motor sounds like its racing? But when I put my foot on the brake it brings the idle back down. When I accelerate, I take my foot off the gas and the car keeps accelerating is this the ECM and BCM?
The other question is am I doing more damage by driving the car this way?

OK, What we have is a loss of communication between the ECM and BCM computers as well as the FDC.

ECM = Electronic Control Module.
BCM = Body Control Module.
FDC = Fuel data display.
