Cadillac Repair: 93 Fleetwood, digital dash, climate control

I had asked aome questions about an 93 Fleetwood dealing with the dash being dark because it is digital. i changed out the Instrument cluster, the HVAC, fuses and the BCM but i seen one question that somebody asked that was similar to mine dealing with the same thing and they changed out the ECM. i was wondering would that be a problem why dash is dark? Also when i installed the BCM my digital dash came on but it was real dim then after a couple of seconds it would go back dark.

Does your radio display go dark also ?.

Where did you get the display that you have in there now ?.

Does the climate control display full brightness and dim when you turn ON the headlights and get dimmer as you rotate the control on the headlight switch.

I know there was a factory service bulletin concerning this dash display where you had to send it out to a service center for revision.
