Cadillac Repair: Cadillac 1999 STS Seville A/C not blowing air, digital volt meter, auto button

Question
1999 sts seville 73K miles.
no sensor errors, everything seems to look fine as normal on climate control.  There is no air hot or cold that is blowning into the car.  You can feel ice cold air or hot heat just trickling threw the vents.  When you push the auto button on the fan speed or manual adjust up and down on the fan speed nothing happens...Is it a fuse, blower/fan shot?

Brian/Thanks

Answer
Your problem could be:

A faulty wire.

A faulty Blower motor.

A faulty BLOWER CONTROL MODULE.

A blown HVAC BLO fuse in the rear junction block of fuses.

An INSTRUMENT PANEL INTEGRATION MODULE.

You need to perform some Voltage tests with a DIGITAL volt meter in order to diagnose which above part is at fault.

If your handy with a digital volt meter, I can e-mail you the diagnostic test procedures.
