Trying to figure out how to restart the air compressor when recharging the air conditioner in the 1991 Eldorado.

How do you turn the ac compressor back on in a 91 eldorado once it is automatically turned off from low 134a?


Answer
You need to see if you have any fault codes in the computer:

1. Ignition ON, Engine OFF.

2. Simultaneously push and hold the OFF and WARMER buttons until all the lights on the display illuminate and then release the buttons.

3. Write down all the codse that appear until they stop.

4. Turn the ignition OFF.
