Cadillac Repair: 84 ht4100 driveablity, rotor coil, electrical schematics

Question
my 84 coupe de ville wont climb hills and deccelerates while the engine is knocking and sometimes it may cut off while going up hill. it does not go 55-60 unless going down hill. the fuel press. is 13. i replaced plugs, wires, cap & rotor,coil, distributor, o2 sensor, catalytic, fuel filter, and a fuel system clean. my car has 80000 mi. i had dtc 53 & 63. i hear about a map sensor problem. please help im out of options
