Cadillac Repair: transmission, cadillac coup deville, rear wheel drive

im trying to find the wright transmission for my 1983 cadillac coup deville the one that is in ther is not the wright one and i took it to 3 difernt transmission shop and they all gave me 3 difernt kinds of transmission i want to know the wright one so that i can buy one and fix it         1983 coup deville 4.9 liter v8

I would think it should be a TH200 transmission if it is a rear wheel drive vehicle.

Is there anyway you can get me a picture of it ?.


You stated that you had a 4.9L engine. This is INCORRECT as it was manufactured with a 4.1L engine.
