Cadillac Repair: 92 deville interior lights remain on but dim, cigarette lighters, blown fuse

Question
I recently purchased a 92 Sedan Deville. I have noticed that the interior lights in the back are staying on after exiting the vehicle. The lights on the back doors (lf & rt) stay on and the 2 light on the rear column stay on but are very dim. One other thing is that while these lights are on and I open the front doors the lights on the back doors will go off but come back on when I close the doors. When these lights remain on the electric mirrors and door locks will not work. Also the two map lights in the front of the vehicle dont work (replaced fuses & bulbs). Any ideas on what the problem is? I tried replacing fuses but have'nt got any clue as to where the relays are? Are there more fuses than the ones under the hood, beneath the dash by the brake pedal and under the glove box? Thanks for any advice you can send my way.

Answer
Has there been ANY work or anything changed on the vehicle lately ?.

Sounds like a definite back feed due to a blown fuse.

Recheck all the fuses and use a meter to check the fuses for continuity as one could be open and you may not be able to see it. Check the body fuse.

See if the cigarette lighters work OK.
