Cadillac Repair: 1993 Cadillac Deville suddenly wont start, cadillac deville, fuel pump

Ran out of gas, put 4 gallons of gas in it, acts like it wants to start but it won't; followed earlier instructs that I found on this site about fuel pump, I CAN hear the fuel pump when you turn the key on for the 2 seconds...any idea?

Attempt to put a little more gas in,if it still does not want to start then it could be a fuel pump that has failed,usually if the pump has miles on it and it runs out of fuel the pump tends to fail.though you can hear it run,it may not have enough pressure/volume for the injectors.
