Cadillac Repair: 1983 Cadillac Deville ECM, cadillac deville, throttlebody

Question
There are three vaccume hoses that go from the computer area through the bottom right passenger side of the fire wall. On the engine side of the fire wall, the first hose goes to a connector and then to the tire side, The second hose goes to a bell shaped peice with two large hoses going into the bell peice, and the third hose is hard plastic, and goes into the throttle body area. As far as disconnecting them from the computer, they all feed into a white rubbery square clipped on to a black plastic box to the left of the ECM which one is the VAC and how do I replace the hose(hose #2 is pretty beat up)

The hard plastic one that goes from the throttlebody is the one that goes to the map sensor,the second hose i think if im going by you discription is going to the cruise servo,that you can just cut the bad section of and reconnect,the black plastic box next to the ECM is the HVAC programmer/controler.did you locate the map sensor above the ECM,it should have a stand alone vacuum line,you can get to it by removing the glove box.
