Cadillac Repair: 1992 cadillac deville fwd, fuel data control and climate control panels, electronic climate, cadillac deville

it seems that both the fuel data control panel and the electronic climate contol panel are not working, i have checked all the fuses i can find and they seem to be working. Is there anything else i can check and if not where can i find replacements at. I can not seem to be able to find these parts anywhere.  With the climate control panel, the a/c condenser is coming on as i feel cold air coming out of the vents, just can not set a temp and have no control over the fans.  can not set a temp.  nothing works on the fuel data center.  This is a 4.9 ltr 1992 cadillac deville with fwd

Seems like you may have a failed climate control panel,there are a few ways to check to see which of the 2 either the climate control panel or the fuel data panel is failed,disconnect the climate control panel and see if the FDC lights up,if it does then the climate control panel has failed,if the FDC does not light up remove the FDC and install the climate control,if now the climate control lights up,then its the FDC at fault.
 Parts are getting hard to find for this year,Cadillac Parts dealer nearby will be able to locate a replacement,or would be able to send out for repair.if you are unable to get the parts from the local dealer,let me know and ill do some hunting for them or ill contact my parts guys for them also,if you need more help let me know.Thanks
