Cadillac Repair: Injectors wont spray, safety precaution, auto zone

Question
I have a 1988 Caddy Seville with the v8 4.5 Eng.
I have ran out of gas recently now it won't
spray any gas from the injectors located on the
top of the intake manifold is this something electrical. someone said it might be a ground wire
or something because the computer tells it when
to spray.

I have repair book from auto zone can't  really make heads or tails out of it.

Help

oh yeah about a week ago it did something similar
wouldn't start they changed the plugs said they were gas fouled.

but it was spraying, now it wont spray gas.

Answer
It won'y spray gas from the injectors because the sensors are severly gas fouled as are the spark plugs and the computer receives this flooded information from the sensors and prevents the fuel from spraying more gas into the engine. It is a built in safety precaution.
