Cadillac Repair: 1998 Deville power seat jam, blown fuse, power seat

I have a 1998 Deville Concourse, my daughter put the passenger seat all the way forward and now it is jammed, there is no sound from the motors whatsoever, I checked for a blown fuse but they seem fine, is there a release somewhere, I am thinking maybe the seat is against a sensor and moving the seat back may restore power?

See if there is something jammed in the seat track. You may have to remove the bolts in the seat tracks so you can tip the seat backwards and then look for something jammed and or it just may free itself loose.

If not, You will have to take the SEAT TRANSMISSION apart to find the faulty solenoid within the seat control pack under the seat.
