Question -
99 Cadillac DeVille driver side window will not roll up.  It was half way down and in my attempt to roll it up I rolled it all the way down and it will not go back up.
Answer -
Your going to have to remove the inside door paneling to find out what came apart if you have a MANUAL WINDOW HANDLE.


If it is an electric window I can provide you with an electrical schematic and test procedures to fix your system yourself IF you know how to read an electrical schematic and perform some basic tests with a volt/ohm meter.
