Cadillac Repair: Automatic ride level control, volt ohm meter, hightest level

Question
I have a 1993 Fleetwood that will inflate the rear shocks to the hightest level possible after hitting a bump. The car then rides like it has no shocks at all. After parking the car the rear end does not come down and sometime I can hear the compressor running even though the rear end is as high as it can go. Only after getting back on the highway will the rear end come down to "normal" level. I know there is a relay switch that can be replaced, but I can't find it. The fuses are ok. Any suggestions?
