My fuel door wouldn't open using the remote or the dash button so I pulled the lever in the trunk to open it but afterwards it wouldn't lock again.

Hi Bessie, Did you look in the glovebox to make sure that the switch wasn't flipped so the remote was disabled? Did you try  the other remote and does it work? You could have a bad remote for that function or the fuse for the release solinoid might be bad. As for the door not locking sometimes spraying the pin assembly and working it back and forth might free things up. If nothing looks obvious then you will need to take your Eldo to your mechanic. Bill
