need to know where heater/ac blower relay is located on 84 deville. blower runs all time even on off

Hi Danny, Sorry about the delay getting back to you. They do not use a blower motor relay on this car. What they do is use something called a power module that controls the speeds. What happens is it goes bad due to high blower motor amperage requirements and then the blower motor and module need to be replaced as a pair. It is located under the hood on the passenger side in the evaporator core module. It has a 5 wire connector with a long black wire comming from it. Hope that helps. Bill
