Cadillac Repair: hvac air flow direction, cadillac cimarron, electrical schematics

Question
I have a 1986 Cadillac Cimarron. The HVAC works great, but I can't change the air flow. It comes through the AC ducts in the dash. I can't change it to the floor or windshield. I am guessing it's the vacuum control valve, but I don't know where it is located. Can you tell me where it is and if that maigh be the problem?

Thanks
Gene
