Cadillac Repair: vehicle computer problem, rf frequency, cadillac dealer

Question
On my 1993 Cadillac Deville the instrument panel shows a "C" where the temperature should be.  I took it to a cadillac dealer and they said they thought it had something to do with the radio that was installed but couldn't figure out how to fix it (or didn't wnat to).  Any suggestions?

On some early model Caddy's the RADIO is what supplies the RF frequency to display the digiatl instrument signal. IF you have replaced with radio with a NON-GM radio you will have to reinstall the original radio or find a radio repair facility who can advise you accordingly.
