 I have a 1990 Cadillac Seville with a Digital read out dash. It comes on but the speedometer and turn signals are so dim you can barely see them. How can I fix this promblem?

Hi Jess, This is one of those problems that a wireing diagram and a digital voltmeter will be needed to test the voltage to the speedo head and the resistance to ground. It works off of 8 volts and there are several wires to check. If the speedometer head is the only dim panel then it might need to get replaced after doing the tests. If the climate control is also acting up then the central power supply is starting to fail. Eithor way getting a used part from a junk yard/auto recycler will be cheaper than a visit to the Caddy parts dept. and you might not be able to get a rebuilt panel anymore. Find a good shop to check it out. Bill
