Cadillac Repair: turn signal flasher, radio area, steering column

Where is it? Manual says near steering column enclosed in plastic. 1993 60 Special Fleetwood

Hi Jeff, The location is kind of vague but you need to remove the black plastic panel below the steering column and possably the one for the passenger side because it could be located anywhere under the dash from below the radio area to the drivers door but it should be out in the open and not enclosed. Most times they are clipped to the metal frame to the right of the steering column under the dash. If it still blinks then maybe you could hear it by putting on the turn signals. Otherwise if you put on the hazzard lights that flasher should make noise and finding one can help locate the other because they aren't too far apart. Good hunting. Bill
