Cadillac Repair: Mirror Assembly, ebay motors, cadillac sts

I'm looking for a mirror assembly for 1994 Cadillac STS model.  I know you can get the mirror, but I'm in need of the housing for the mirror also.  What is the housing called? and do you know where I can get one?

Hi Tina, If you told me you needed a mirror and housing assembly for the drivers door then that should be enough of a description. Getting it from the dealer will be the most expensive and you will probably need to get it painted. Ebay might be worth a try in their ebay motors parts section. Look in your yellow pages under automotive used parts and look for salvage yards or auto recyclers. Some places make you take off the parts and other places will remove the part for you. Another place to try is www.junkyarddog.com  and enter the info required and with-in 1-2 hours you might get 5 or more responces for a mirror shipped to your door. Hope that helps. Bill
