Cadillac Repair: Replacing motor mounts, cadillac sedan deville, friends cars

I have a ...
1993 Cadillac Sedan Deville with transverse 4.9L V8 engine.

At least two of the the four motor mounts are broken and need replaced.  

Any suggestions on how to do this would be greatly appreciated.

More info of my capabilities:  I am relatively mechanically competent having serviced my cars and friends cars for over 30 years.  My shop includes, air impact wrenches, oxy-acet torch, welder and ability to make jigs for lifting engine if reqd.

Hi Stan, You don't say which 2 are broken but if they are the 2 closest to the radiator then it shouldn't be too big a deal with the car on jackstands and useing a floorjack to hold the engine or trans up. I would suggest getting a manual from the library or parts stores sell them also. Then just follow the instructions. Bill
