Question
Hi,
What happens if I fail the written drivers test in Pennsylvania for the first
time???
I'm taking the test this weekend and am pretty nervous.

Thanks,
Robert

Answer
Hi Robert....

As I am not familiar with the Pennsylvania Department of Motor Vehicles rules and regulations, I cannot knowledgeably answer your question.

If you go to:

http://www.dmv.org/pa-Pennsylvania/department-motor-vehicles.php

You can probably find what you're looking for. I have just scanned the site above and found this:

How many times can I take my driver's test?...

You can test three times per permit. If you are over 18, you must wait one day before scheduling another exam. If you are under 18, you must wait seven days before trying again.

I cannot imagine their online info being faulty, but again, I can only offer factual information that I know to be true,  Not being an expert of Pennsylvania DMV regulations, I cannot affirm that info.

Good luck to you Robert!
