Hi Lee, Sounds like the power module has shorted out. It controls the fan and the a/c compressor and is located under the hood on the passengers side mounted in the blower motor housing. You can eithor unplug the 2 wire connectors or the blower motor. Then it will be a matter of testing the module and then replaceing it and the blower motor should the module be defective. Bill
