my fans are not coming on. my car keeps overheating because of this. my friend recommended coming here before i do anything else please help thank you

Hi Juelle, Unfortunatly there really isn't anything that you can do yourself because you would need a book to diagnos this problem. There are numerous checks and to describe them would be too time consumeing. Tow it to a shop that knows Cadillacs and have them fix it before a head gasket goes and you have major problems. Sorry I can't be more help because if the fuse 6 is good in the fuse box then it could be the relays, temp sensor, ECM, wiring, or the fans themselves that are bad and without testing you will be spending money not knowing if it will fix the problem or not.
