Chevrolet Repair: no audio

Question
2011 equinox LS1 pkg.
No audio any sort from speakers. No door chime, music, turn signal chime nothing. Radio works too, just no sound.
A "pop" can be herd from drivers side door speaker when key is placed in ignition and when key is truned to run position. Guessing because this speaker also handels all the other audio tones from vehicle.
All fuses are hot both under hood and passenger side interior.
Any ideas?

HI JASON,,,A GUESS,AS LONG AS YOU SAY ALL THE FUSES ARE OK AND YOU CHECKED THEM WITH EITHER A TEST LIGHT OR VOLT METER MY GUESS IS THE BCM [BODY CONTROL MODULE] HAS FAILED...YOU COULD GO TO A SHOP THAT HAS HAS GM SOFTWARE AND HAVE THEM SCAN THIS WITH THERE SCANNER..THEY WILL BE ABLE TO TELL IF IT IS A BCM FAILURE OR NOT...THIS WILL SAVE YOU TONS OF TIME...HOPE THIS HELPS YOU AND GOOD LUCK TO YOU,,,TOM.....
