Chevrolet Repair: 1995 chevrolet electrical trouble, daytime running lights, 1995 chevy 1500

I have a 1995 chevy 1500 4.3ltr v6 manual transmission 2 wheel drive.  My problem is when I turn on any headlights, signal lights, brake lights or reverse lights my engine loses power and in many cases if I do not compensate by pushing on the gas the engine stager and eventually will stall.  I have also noticed that when I have the signals on and step on the brake the signal lights speed up. I have been to numerous shops and I have been told that it was a charging problem.  My battery and alternator have been changed, my ignition module and coil have been replaced, cap, rotor, wires and plugs have all been replaced.  I have ran secondary ground wires to ensure the engine was grounded properly.  I have tried disconnecting my light switch and it did not change how anything reacted. It was suggested that I disconnected the stereo which I have done and it also has not changed anything. This problem seems to only occur when any lighting is used on the truck.  The truck will also run rough when using the daytime running lights when releasing the emergency brake. Nothing similar happens when using the wipers or the fan motor. Anything you have to offer would be appreciated. Thank-you.  Jody

HI JODY,,,I WILL ASSUME THE ENGINE CURB IDLE IS SET OK..THIS MEANS THAT THE ENGINE RPM AT IDLE IS AT THE CORRECT SPEED...IF ALL OF THIS IS GOOD, I WOULD ASSUME THAT ONE OF THE LIGHT CIRCUITS ARE PULLING TO MUCH CURRENT LOADING DOWN THE ALTERNATOR CAUSING A LOW IDLE..I WOULD BE HOOKING UP A AMP METER TO THIS ALT AND REMOVE ONE HEADLIGHT, TURN SIGNAL,AND PARKING LIGHT HARNESS PLUG ONE AT A TIME TO SEE WHEN THE AMP GAUGE GOES WAY DOWN OR ENG IDLE IMPROVES..WHEN YOU FIND WHICH CIRCUIT IT IS ON YOU WILL NEED TO TRACE THESE WIRES TO SEE IF SOMETHING IS SHORTING OUT OR FEEDING ANOTHER CIRCUIT...I WOULD DO A WALK AROUND TEST FIRST TURN ON ALL THE LIGHTS AND THEN SIGNAL AND PARKING LIGHTS ONE AT A TIME AND CK FOR ANY DIM BULB CONDITION, COMPARE LEFT AND RIGHT SIDE, IF ANY BULB LOOKS FUNNY [DIFFERENT]GO AFTER THIS CIRCUIT.
