Chevrolet Repair: Starter question..., buick lesabre, david gardner

Question
Mr. Sheets,
I've got a 2001 Buick LeSabre (V6).
Is it very complicated to replace the starter for this car?  I've replaced starters on other cars before where all you do is:
1. Jack up the car securely and disconnect the battery,
2. Disconnect the wires to the old starter (sometimes a special clip, if not, just make sure you remember where they go),
3. Remove the old starter...usually two or three bolts,
4. Install the new starter and follow steps 3,2,1 in reverse order).

Is it more complicated than that?  Is there anything that has to be removed before you can GET to the starter in order to replace it?  Any suggestions, advice, you offer are greatly appreciated.
Warm regards,
David Gardner
