Chevrolet Repair: 2006 chevy ssr, gm tech 2, throttle position sensor

Question
I got a code c0700,and c0300 on my dads SSR. What do these mean. I also got a code p1682. I also got P0689 which is ECM/PCM Power relay sense circuit low. P0443 which is evap emission control system purge valve C fault. p0223 which is tps/pedal position sensor/switch b circuit high input. p0122 tps/pedal position sensor A circuit low input. Could these codes be related to the throttle position sensor. Als oit will start but when you bring it back and turn the truck off it will not start for hours. It will have a lot of codes once you turn it off. Also the loss of power and engine light come on. One other code is N/A and it will not erase out of the system. Thanks for any help.

HI SEAN, I THINK I REMEMBER YOU FROM A WHILE AGO, AM I CORRECT  ?? DIDN'T YOU HAVE A TON OF CODES IN THIS BEFORE ??? THIS CO700 AND CO300 CONCERNS ME,I AM NOT AT WORK SO I CAN NOT LOOK THESE UP ON A FLOW CHART,BUT I THINK THIS ARE PCM PROGRAMMING FAULT [ERROR] CODES. HAVE YOU EVER TAKEN THIS TO A GM SHOP OR SOMEONE THAT HAS A GM SCAN TOOL ??? IF NOT I THINK THIS IS THE BEST THING FOR THIS CAR TO GET INSDIE OF THE PCM AND CK FOR DATA INFO. THE FACT THAT IT DOES NOT START FROM TIME TO TIME ALSO BOTHERS ME LIKE MAYBE PCM FAILURE [COMMUNICATION PROBLEMS]..HAVE YOU EVER CHECKED FOR FUEL OR IGNITION WHEN IT WONT START ?? IT MAY ALSO BE IN ANTI THEFT MODE.. I KNOW YOU DO NOT WANT TO TAKE IT TO THE DEALER BUT SOMETIMES IT IS THE BEST WAY TO HAVE THEM DIAGNOSE IT,UNLESS YOU HAVE A SHOP THAT WORKS ON GM CARS AND THEY WILL HAVE A GM TECH 2 SCAN TOOL. AT THIS POINT I WOULD ONLY BE GUESSING WITHOUT A COMPLETE DIAGNOSTIC SCAN..IF YOU CAN GET MORE INFO AFTER SCANNING IT AND NOT JUST THE CODES,GET BACK TO ME AND I WILL CK MY FLOW CHART.I WOULD LIKE TO HELP YOU MORE BUT IT IS RATHER DIFFICULT AT THIS TIME..
