Chevrolet Repair: 4.3L V6 injectors, fuel line, fuel lines

I was helping a friend rebuild his 4.3l V6 in a 2001 S10 Sonoma and we have it all back together but one of the fuel lines that connect to the intake is spraying fuel up instead of down into the intake. We are not sure if some sort of seal is missing. Can someone help us? lol

HI JAMES,I GUESS I REALLY DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE QUESTION 100%.I GET THE JIST IF IT. YOU SAY THE FUEL IS SPRAYING UP AND NOT DOWN,AS IN LEAKING UP. WHERE IS THIS LINE GOING TO,THE REGULATOR OR MAIN FUEL LINE? IS IT A CLIP ON CONNECTOR, PUSH AND SEAL CLIP IN,OR IS IT A FLARE CONNECTOR???  IF IT IS A FLARE LINE CK THE FLARE ITSELF. PUSH CLIP CONNECTOR CK THE SEAL INSIDE.. GET BACK TO ME WITH MORE INFO IF POSSIBLE..TOM
