Chevrolet Repair: Fuel pump/ Fuel injector, pump fuel, fuel pump

I change my fuel pump but my blazer still not starting I listen for the flow while the key was on but did not hear it. So I check the fuel fuse and it was not blown. Should I change the fuel filter or do I need a new fuel pump. Please help me!

First off what year is the blazer?  What engine?  if it is a new style blazer, say 96 and up, try checking the connector at the fuel pump, the gray wire usually burns up and melts or may just be broken.  Also check the grounds on the truck especially the battery to chassis ground on the passenger side
