Chevrolet Repair: Question, homework question, plymouth breeze

Question
Mr. Howie, I posted a question about a 1997 Plymouth Breeze. If you can't answer the question then no need to be a jerk about it and just say "I don't know" It wasn't a homework question, it is a problem I'm having jerk.

Answer
Bill,

Of the close to 1000 questions I have answered I have only replied to three or four questions as 'homework required' and they provided far less information that yours.  I do know the answer to your question because we had a 1996 Neon in last week with the very same problem.  I hit the wrong button on the list and it unfortunately it doesn't give you a chance to change your mind as it submits the page without verification. I was in the process of figuring out how to change that reply when your email came in.  It may be very hard for someone of your obvious limited intelligence to comprehend that people make mistakes because you are obviously one of those who doesn't.  When I do get questions that I don't know the answer to I take valuable time out of my day to ask people that do so I can forward information when I can.
I am a VOLUNTEER.  I am one of the very few people left that enjoys taking productive profitable time out of my schedule (in which I charge for information) to help those in need that may not be able to afford to take their vehicles to mechanics and pay shop rates.  There are also those I commend that like to do repairs on their own in which I have spend numeral hours trying to help through problems I could probably diagnose in seconds here at my shop.
You sir are the jerk.  Instead of taking a different route and thinking I didn't have enough information or made a mistake you immediately try to discourage and insult me.  You could have just as easily re-submitted your question and I would have given you the very simple answer that you are going to find out eventually anyways.
The only recommendation I have for you is to go out and get a Truck or a Minivan.  Towing a Trailer with your Plymouth breeze is really hard on the transmission.  You do have a trailer don't you?

have a great day Billy!  say hi to the wife and pitbull!
