QUESTION: Help   replaced heater core was ruined hooked up wrong a guy fixed it the heat and air worked great for bout a month and now the heat and air just comes out a little bit it seems like if i switch the switch it to lower it comes out more but it comes out very little

ANSWER: When you mean a little air comes out do you mean the fan speed does not change or there is very little air flow no matter what speed is selected.

Bad air flow could be caused by a defective fan, plugged fins on the heater core or evaporator and or a plugged air inlet.  YOu should have someone repair the blower resistor first though because that is obviously the reason you are missing the 3rd speed and see what happens next.  They are very inexpensive and easy to replace.
