Classic/Antique Car Repair: Q1: 69 AMC Rebel transmission, manual tranny, bellhousing

Question
i can't find any bolts that are missing anywhere. any other ideas? Can you think of anything that could cause this inside of a manual? I am lost and don't wanna break into it just to troubleshoot the wrong thing.

-----Question-----
Here is the weird part: When I let off on the gas and expect to decellerate, the engine disconnects from the transmission. It is a three on the tree. 1969 AMC Rebel with a 232 single barrel inline 6 cyl. The clutch seems to be nice and tight with no slipping and no burning smell. Any ideas? I have never heard of a manual tranny doing this and cannot even imagine what could cause it.

Ken;
WOW  you must be missing some bolts and check the motor/tranny mounts thats a no-no

Answer
Ken;
if the tranny is pulling away from the engine the bell housing is loose or the tranny bolts are loose or out, that is the only way it could do that , the bellhousing is bolted to the motor than the tranny to the bellhousing, and how is the rear tranny mount and front mounts, some bolts have to be missing.
