How do I get the heater core out on a 1992 chevy s10 without ac pick up truck.

  Remove the heater outlets and ducts from under inst panel.  Remove air dist module assembly, heater assembly and seal.
 Disconnect neg battery cable.  Drain coolant.  Remove heater hoses at core.  Remove rear case screws.  Remove rear case.  Remove core from front case.  To install, reverse removal procedure.  Fill cooling system and check for leaks.

Be careful when handling core they can be easily damaged.
