Chevrolet Repair: 2003 Chevy Venture, torx screw, chevy venture

My wiper blades at first thought the off position was straight up.  Now they only work on high.  Is this an easy fix or do I have to go to the dreaded dealer?

 Very easy fix. The wiper park mechanism tab is bend or broken. The WPM is mounted to the top of the motor with q torx screw. There is a little lever on it that engages a tab to stop the motor. A new one is 50-70 bucks and comes with directions how to set the park 4mm-6mm away from tab. Do not buy a used one. It isn't worth it.
