Answer
I pick up this question from the question pool. No one wanted to answer it. So please don't judge me on timeliness.

I copied this out of all data repair.
The fan housing comes out from the bottom of the vehicle. Then remove the fan blade. Next remove the fan motor.
Disconnect the negative battery cable.

Raise and safely support the vehicle.

Unfasten the cooling fan mounting bolt.

Detach the fan electrical connector, then remove the coolant fan assembly out through the bottom of the vehicle.

To install:

Raise the fan assembly into position through the bottom of the vehicle.

Attach the fan electrical connector, then install the mounting bolt. Tighten the bolt to 53 inch lbs. (6 Nm).

Connect the negative battery cable.
