Chevrolet Repair: 95 Tahoe oil leak at rad fitting, tiny nick, steel line

There is some type of seal in the lower fiiting on the rad, can the seal be replaced without removing the rad?...Thanks

Glenn, the oil cooler lines are flanged and mate into another flange in the rad. Some models do have a rubber o-ring with the flange. Now if the flange gets a tiny nick or kink, the lines are replaced with new ones or you can cut them and using rubber hose, connect then to a repair line which is basically the flanged part with about 4-5" of steel line. hope this helps you.
