Chevrolet Repair: 87 chevy 4x4 pu to bearing, chevy 4x4, bearing

I have an 87 4x4 with 4 speed trans. How do I replace the throw out bearing. Thanks Vic

Take the transmission out,
look on the shaft inside the transmission,
you'll see the old throw out bearing there.
Its usually held in with a simple bracket.
I have to replace the one in my truck too.
Not looking forward to it. Any questions along the way just take a pic and I can walk you through it.
