Chevrolet Repair: trouble code 77 95 chevy lumina, chevy lumina, vacuum line

I read the question that mark answered on the same problem. I ran a high quality fuel injector cleaner through the car and shortly after the trouble code came up #3 soleinoid malfunction so I replaced the egr valve and the problem did not go away. Can I try and run a different cleaner in gas to clear up the carbon build up?

I would try to replace the fuel filter then run the cleaner through with the follow up use of seafoam, seafoam is an engine cleaner that you can use in different ways, through the fuel, through a major vacuum line or in the oil. If you go to your local auto parts store and ask for a can of seafoam and describe your problem to them they should show you how to best use it.
