hey mark, do you know where the port to refill my A/C is? The high port is really obvious(red cap just left of the hood latch) but i cant find where to fill it with the r-134. The chilton book says its under the battery/air filter. and that its easier to get from underneath the car. i searched the area and cant find it. theres a black plastic canister a little smaller than a football with a tiny vacuum hose. please help me, its hot in california!! thanks

Hi Scott, I can't tell you right where to go but I can help you locate it. Follow the large A/C line that comes out of the evaporator at the firewall. I have see the fitting right there before, if it's not keep going where it goes into the passenger fender area. You will find it there, I think you have to remove the black plastic panel to see it. This panel keeps out dirt, water and SNOW which you might not get right. Sometimes the engineers are not thinking when they design stuff!!
