Chevrolet Repair: blower motor resister, chev malibu, blower motor resister

Question
How do I change this? It is for a 2000 chev Malibu. Blower motor resister. and is it true that this only controls 123, and a relay controls 45?

Hi Red, The resistor is located behind the blower motor under the passenger side of the dash. I take out the blower motor to make it easier to get the resistor out. Should only take you 30 minutes to get it done. The resistor controls 1234 and 5 is the relay.
