Chevrolet Repair: AC/Heater fan and Windshield wiper motor, windshield wiper motor, jumper cables

Question
I took my 2002 Chevy Blazer for an inspection which it passed and then a car wash and after wards neither the ac/heater fan nor the windshield wiper works. The ac compressor kicks in and cold air blows when the car in moving but the fan does not switch on. I have checked all of the fuses and relays and all seem to be working.  Everything else appears to be working properly. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks

Answer
I would just have to guess that the car wash got something wet, but there is no way I could guess what.
Sounds almost like the ground wire from the engine to the firewall might be loose.
Rather than spending a bunch of time searching for the ground, use some jumper cables, and make a good ground to the firewall, and see if they start. You can go directly from the battery neg to the firewall.
