Chevrolet Repair: 1994 Cavalier hesitation, throttle position sensor, coil pack

Question
When I drive down the road at a constant speed sometimes the car will hesitate and then it will run fine.  It only does it if I am at a constant cruising speed and if I accelerate the hesitation will disappear until I level off my speed again.  I have change the wires, fuel filter, plugs and air filter.  The fuel injection had a cleaning in July of 2005. What else could it be... Egr, Coil pack, some sensor somewhere?
Thanks.

Answer
You did not mention if you have any service or check engine lights on when this happens . If so you will need to have someone pull the code or codes to see what is going on. My initial guess however from what you describe would be possible coil pack issues. Also what engine are we talking about ? 4 cyl or V6 ??

have the coil packs checked and or replaced, if this was an EGR issue you would have a check engine light. Also check TPS voltage ( Throttle Position Sensor ) and make sure it is within range
