I think its something in ignition cause of no idiot lights. please help

Answer
The ignition key cylinder is linked to the ELECTRICAL PORTION OF THE IGNITION SWITCH via a long metal rod that runs down thru the steering column and attaches to the ELECTRICAL PORTION OF THE IGNITION SWITCH. This switch may be either faulty or has become out of adjustment.

There is also the possibility that one of the FUSIBLE LINKS located usually at the battery post on the starter has internally shorted out due to a short in your electrical system. These fusible links are rubber covered wires made internally of aluminum and are a protective type of fuse so as not to burn up the electrical wires within the vehicle.

These links are usually about 4 inches long and protrude up into the wiring harness where they are soldered to your regular PLASTIC coated electrical wires.

Using a 12 volt test light, Test both ends of these fusible links for battery voltage.

NEVER EVER install a regular piece of plastic coated wire in place of a fusible link as you will destroy and melt numerous wires within your electrical system. replacement links are available at most auto parts stores.

What mechanical work or ANY kind of work has been performed on the vehicle recently ?. As most problems that occur after a recent repair was made can be traced back to the area of where the repair was made as a wire connection came loose or a wire is SHORTED (pinched between 2 pieces of metal. Look around in the area where work was performed
