Chevrolet Repair: 99 malibu horn and radio, fuse box, box jump

Mark i recently had to replace the turn signal assembly i disconected the batt. replaced everything but now my horn and radio won't work the code for the radio won't enter.  could i have blown a relay, the fuses are ok.

any help would be great

Hi Joe, If the radio is locked then you need to go to the dealer so they can call gm and get the code to unlock it. The horn problem could just be a connection that is bad. Did the horn work before the repair?? You could also have a bad horn here!! You can jump the horn relay in the underhood fuse box. Jump #30 to 87 to make the horn sound, look on the relay to locate these pins. Don't stick anything into the connectors that will open up the connector, use a piece of wire. If the horn sounds then your problem is inside the car. Be sure that you connected the wire to the air bag!!
