I have a used 2000 silverado, recently replaced battery and stereo system says LOC. Idont have a code to unlock it since I bought it used. Can you help?

I do not answer these type of questions as to how to over ride and or bypass security systems as I have no way of knowing if you are the OWNER of the vehicle or not and that this is a community board and everyone will be able to see how to get around the security system if I published the information.
