Chevrolet Repair: 92 Blazer not starting, control circuitry, fuel shortage

Question
My 1992 Blazer cranks fine but does not turn over.  For a while it would eventually start but now nothing.  Is this most likely the fuel pump?  Also, maybe unrelated, but every now and then it kind of putters while driving, almost like it has a miss.  I thought the plugs were changes not too long ago.  Do not know if these are related.

Answer
Hello Kevin,
I would connect a fuel pressure tester to it. it sounds like fuel shortage, but that doesn't necessarily mean the pump. It could also be in the pump control circuitry.
Check to see if there is spark, also. If there is, then concentrate on the fuel pump controls.
